After a hectic few months, Digital 22 is pleased to finally show off our brand new office. The purpose-built space, still in the renovated Holmes Mill in Clitheroe, is a game-changer when it comes to creating a fun, productive and enjoyable place to work.
Throughout the 5,000 sq ft office, which was constructed completely to our own specifications, we've allocated one-third of the space to recreational facilities. This includes an enormous breakout space, complete with an industrial-sized beer fridge, a bespoke pool table, Xbox and Super Nintendo.
Across the office as a whole, there are over 100 different places to work and seating ranges from spacious office desks to bean bags and comfy settees.
Being 'Hungry to Learn' is a core value at Digital 22, plenty of space has been afforded to learning resources. This includes quiet places to get stuck into one of the many books available from the ever-expanding library to private rooms which can be booked to undertake some video training.
Just like last year, where we grew from 16 to 34 team members, we plan on another big year of recruitment in 2019. We currently stand at 40 people in the team and need to grow this to over 60 in order to hit our growth targets.
