2 mins read

As part of the international Avidly family, in the future Avidly Germany will even more so combine the know-how of the German team with the additional skills of their international colleagues.

Following the integration of NetPress GmbH into the Avidly Group in 2019, the legal rebranding has now been finalized. As a result, NetPress now operates under the company name Avidly Germany – which represents an important milestone in the Finnish company’s  one-brand strategy. In addition to its headquarters in Helsinki and studios in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, England and Canada, NetPress now also has a branch office in Germany. This means that the company currently has access to a global network of 16 studios.

The integration into the large international Avidly family brings numerous advantages not only for the former NetPress GmbH, but also for the company’s customers: Thanks to the merger, around 300 highly competent marketing, CRM and HubSpot experts are now available. With their know-how and experience to offer existing and future customers of Avidly Germany, there is now even more services and professional support for their customers growth and economic success.

With the rebranding as the final step towards a complete integration, we are also deepening our expertise in inbound marketing, HubSpot services, web development, social media, SEO and sales enablement. All are fast-growing segments in the DACH region and critical areas for our future growth and success, said Jesse Maula, CEO of Avidly.

Apart from the new company name and the new logo, there are other forward-looking innovations at the former NetPress: Since February of this year, Sylvia Eberl has been the new Managing Director of the German branch. The Austrian native is an expert in digital communications, MarComms and holistic consulting along the customer journey and mos recently managed the DACH region for the Swedish PR tech provider Mynewsdesk. Sylvia also brings many years of journalistic experience to the table and is passionate about the challenges and opportunities of digital, holistic marketing strategies. Holistic marketing strategies, creative implementations, the use of technologies as well as HubSpot expertise on a world-class level:

What was already part of our DNA in the past as Netpress is now practiced even more intensively within the Avidly Group, says Sylvia Eberl.

Avidly Germany also moved into a newer and larger office as part of its realignment and the new address is: Haidgraben 2, 85521 Ottobrunn-Munich.

Important for all customers and partners of the former NetPress: All existing business relationships will remain unchanged. The well established team in Germany will also remain with all previous contact persons, as well as all general terms and conditions, the known bank details and the VAT ID.

In the course of the merger, a uniform appearance of the Avidly brand has been created in recent months, which is also intended to convey the One Avidly philosophy to the outside world, and make the size of the company visible at a European level.
