When StudioNow’s marketing lead joined, her mission was clear: to set up a robust marketing function capable of generating high-quality leads and driving scalable growth. StudioNow found their answer in Avidly, who brought not only a deep understanding of HubSpot but also an approachable, consultative approach. Through an initial consultation, Avidly’s team (led by Caz) worked closely with StudioNow to fully understand their budget, needs, and goals. 

Key activities around the new website:

  • Transitioned StudioNow’s website from WordPress to HubSpot, reducing the site from hundreds of pages to 10-15 key pages for a more cohesive, effective online presence.
  • Leveraged HubSpot’s ContentHub, CRM, MarketingHub, OpsHub, and ServiceHub for a fully integrated solution that covers all aspects of StudioNow’s digital marketing and content needs.
  • Created optimized content for the new site, migrated blogs, provided CMS training, and ensured smooth integration of third-party tools like Zendesk with HubSpot.
  • Gained stakeholder support to prioritize the right kind of traffic, shifting the focus from volume to lead quality to align with StudioNow’s long-term goals.

Despite a temporary decline in traffic post-migration, StudioNow secured internal buy-in on the importance of attracting the right audience over mere traffic volume. The website was launched in August 2024, and the results are crystal clear.
