Zeeland Family has completed a transaction that enables it to establish a new Nordic marketing company. The transaction combines experts in Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway into a global marketing service company. The Annual General Meeting decided that the company's name would be Avidly Plc.
This business transaction is unique in the field of Nordic marketing. The new company offers marketing as a complete service experience and is one of the leading inbound marketing partners in the world.
“Our operating concept is like no other and ahead of its time: “As a service marketing” or the comprehensive provision of continual marketing services, is a future operating concept that offers vast growth opportunities”, says Jari Tuovinen, Chairman of the Board of the Company.
“We are already by far the largest Hubspot partner in the Nordic countries and one of the leading agencies in the world. Our aim is to become number one by a clear margin in the Hubspot ecosystem which is a continually growing and developing global platform.”
Avidly wants to be a partner that generates growth, change and progress. In the future, the company can serve its customers that operate in international markets even better than before.

Regardless of its global perspective, Avidly will continue to be local, close to its customers, in 14 locations. In Finland, the company will have offices in nine locations. The company has more than 400 active customers.
“We have had ambitious expansion goals from the very start. Earlier this year, when we merged three inbound agencies from Norway, Sweden and Denmark, we had a clear goal. We wanted to create the world’s best marketing service agency – and we are now taking another big step in making this happen”says Ingunn Bjøru, the Country Manager of company’s Norwegian unit. She was also appointed member of the new company’s Board of Directors.

The new name and brand will be launched shortly in all four countries. Avidly will remain in Nasdaq First North Helsinki and is also planning to list in Nasdaq Stockholm.
