Combining 4 companies into one platform
Kahoot! wanted to become ONE Kahoot! and to be able to reach that goal, they needed to combine 4 different companies into one HubSpot portal. The biggest challenge here was to figure out how to solve the many different properties, structures and automation each company already had in their own systems.
What we did
New scaleable HubSpot solution and advising
Avidly helped Kahoot! create a full HubSpot structure with individual team properties and workflows. We also functioned as advisors when it came to how to become ONE Kahoot! without risking a messy platform with information "all over the place".
To solve the technical parts in this case we migrated from 3 different CRM systems into one, common HubSpot platform which was the main goal of the project.
