How we do it

Our process for HubSpot integrations


We assess your business needs and research your systems and data to provide a rough estimate for a Proof of Concept and an estimate (time and price) of the complete integration (online meetings). We are also looking at the clients tech stack and coming up with suggestion and recommendation of new better tools. Either on premise or cloud based.


We create a Proof Of Concept (POC) to ensure that we can fulfill your needs and provide a detailed proposal for the complete integration. A POC is usually for the bigger/complex integrations. The POC will be one scenario that is built between the two systems to secure that the solution based on documentation is working.


We build your integration and serve you a powerful connection between HubSpot and your system of choice. That includes planning, building, testing and delivering the final integration. QA-process: The customer will give feedback on the data accuracy and inaccuracies will be checked by Avidly’s team. This process happens for two weeks after the integration has been completed
